This full-time exempt level senior safety position is responsible for compliance with federal, state, and corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Conducts onsite HSE observations, inspections, audits, and training needs assessments. Develops training materials, conducts Health and Safety training, and new hire orientation. Actions all while working in accordance with company policies, procedures, and programs.
Frequently requires the ability to talk and hear. Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. Occasionally requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires following specific types of vision: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel and commuting requirements may vary by assignment. Work locations for assignments are subject to change. Extensive travel/commute to and from field sites required. Overnight or longer travel may apply in certain situations.
