  • Responsibilities

     

    The Recruiter will identify, source and recruit interns, college graduates, experienced professionals to fill positions in the offices and projects throughout mid-Atlantic (PA, DE, MD, VA).  The Recruiter will be a key member of a talent acquisition team of recruiters and regional Human Resource Managers.  The Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting.  The Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for leading key recruitment projects as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers, some at the executive level, to effectively define staffing & hiring needs. 
    • Developing in depth relationships with leaders to understand not only the technical needs, but the intangible competencies and traits that make a good fit, and strong performer on a specific team. 
    • Developing and implementing a position-specific, targeted search strategy to identify and source candidates. 
    • Developing and implementing targeted campus approach for key positions, key locations including a tiered approach to which schools to work with.
    • Preparing recruitment advertising & postings that utilizes the latest recruitment marketing concepts including search engine optimization, iCIMS technology, and social media.
    • Managing candidate relationships with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships and pipelines.
    • Building relationships with leaders, hiring managers and regional HR Managers to become a valued resource and trusted advisor to achieve business objectives.
    • Assisting with the creation of the annual workforce projections, including adjustments throughout the year as needed by the business
    • Interviewing applicants and selecting top talent with a focus on the quality of hires. 
    • Preparing written and verbal candidate presentation documents.
    • Interpret internal employment demands and translate them into timely, results -driven action items
    • Develop and administer sourcing strategies for identifying and recruiting potential new hires
    • Managing the interview scheduling and pre-employment processes.
    • Assisting with the development and implementation of the regional and company-wide recruitment strategy.
    • Act as a liaison to all sourcing contacts
    • Generate candidate leads through social media, job boards, e-mails, cold calls, and field presence
    • Plan, design, and coordinate large scale recruitment events like career days and job fairs
    • Conduct screening of resumes and initial phone or in person interviews and refer candidates for the next level of interviews
    • Interact with hiring managers regarding all openings and candidate status and ensure all positions are posted internally and externally
    • Evaluate a campaign's value based upon its cost effectiveness and ability to attract top-level candidates
    • Conduct campus recruitment and build a strong rapport with universities in the assigned region
    • Experience w/ Microsoft Office Suite, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Glass Door, Facebook, etc. is a plus.

    Potential Key Projects:

     

    • Lead member of the social media and recruitment marketing planning team.  Responsible for the overall execution of the social media and marketing campaigns for all social media and web/mobile outlets as they pertain to people, recruitment and employment brand.
    • Lead member of the diversity recruiting planning team.  Responsible for leading the overall execution of the diversity recruitment plan and will play a large role in the creation of this plan with others from the recruitment and HR teams.
    • Integral member of the campus recruitment planning team, who will attend various events and assist with the execution of the programs.
    • Integral member of the Craft Recruitment Strategy team as it relates to relationship building, pipeline development and execution in the mid-Atlantic region.
    • Develop deep and meaningful relationships with key leadership personnel throughout our footprint and have understanding of the business, staffing needs, and execute on key fills in the region with quality hires.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
    • 3–5 years recruiting experience
