  • Responsibilities

     

    The Recruiter’s primary role is in the support of the Craft and Campus recruiting teams. The team in which this position is focused will shift throughout the year based on the recruitment season, workload, and priorities. We have ambitious plans that require talented people across the organization. We believe that the best people in the industry already work here and our goal is to fill the new seats from within. Thus, this job will play a significant role in attracting and retaining high school and college level candidates to backfill the internal promotions.

     

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Act as the day-to-day point person to coordinate all emerging talent recruiting processes.
    • Support administrative functions within the recruitment teams such as calendar management, mailings, print jobs, travel arrangements etc.
    • Develop, run and maintain reports, dashboards and recruitment metrics.
    • Work with partners and suppliers on print jobs, marketing material, event planning, event set up, catering, etc.
    • Research, negotiation and scheduling of onsite and offsite recruiting events; day-of events management, including scheduling/arrangement of room, materials, attendees, travel arrangements, A/V, food, and payment of fees; and budget management for programs.
    • Support and drive some of our many recruiting projects.
    • Develop event/program communication strategies that appropriately advertise to campus/school/organization constituents about individual events/program. This may include web, social media, print materials, email or text.
    • Attend campus career fairs in different states to represent Allan Myers. Some overnight travel required.
    • Develop and maintain list of schools, organizations, candidate and student leads, and industry networks.
    • Work with the Marketing team and approved vendors on the design, printing and distribution of electronic, print and promotional materials. Create print and online promotions including promotional stories and advertising.
    • Planning and attending expos, programs, community and networking events.
    • Work with Recruiting Manager and team in creating and executing Allan Myers outreach programs that inspire involvement, enhance and advance recognition of the Allan Myers brand and therefore increase our pipeline.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required. Preferred degree in Marketing/Communications/Business/HR.
    • Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high degree of organization.
    • Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint strongly required.
    • Experience learning and working in new technology systems required.
    • Previous experience with an ATS- Applicant Tracking System. ICIMS a plus
    • Previous experience in a forward-facing role; sales presentations, career fairs, sales pitches, event planning etc.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
    • Prior experience in a recruiting environment as either an Entry Level Recruiter or Recruiting Administrator is a plus.
    • 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment.
